Kristof De Vos is a freelance web designer with more than 14 years of experience (since 2012) and 310+ completed projects. Based in Heist-op-den-Berg, I design and build websites for entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and small businesses. What began as a passion for technology and design has grown into a full-fledged service that I genuinely enjoy working on every day.
I am based in Heist-op-den-Berg in Belgium and work with clients around the world, from Belgium to places like the United Arab Emirates and Greece. Wherever you are based, I am happy to help. Everything runs smoothly online, and every project is built from an English version first, with professional translation available through trusted partners whenever you need it.
I believe a good website is more than a pretty picture. It has to work for your business: build trust with visitors, be easy to find on Google and lead to concrete enquiries and contacts. That is why I devote just as much attention to structure, copy and technology as I do to the visual design.

I started out as a student entrepreneur, founded my own web agency that helped more than 310 clients, and co-founded Ordolio, software now used by more than a thousand associations and over a hundred thousand people. All of that experience, from technology to running a business, comes with me into every project. But what I enjoy most is still the personal work: creating something beautiful together that is entirely yours.

My journey
My love for technology and design started early. What began as a hobby grew into something much bigger. In 2017 I took the step from hobby to business as a student entrepreneur, and I never looked back.
After that I founded my own web agency, helping more than 310 clients with websites, branding and online growth. I also co-founded Ordolio, software for associations that grew to more than a thousand member organisations and over a hundred thousand users, with investors on board. With Atmos I set up a platform of my own as well. That is how I learned not only to build a project, but to scale it and keep it running and reliable.
Over the years I have worked on projects for organisations of every size, from local entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals to teams at Brussels Airport, Securex and the European road research network FEHRL. That breadth means I quickly understand what a business needs. But as fascinating as those larger projects were, I deliberately returned to what gives me the most energy: working directly with people, getting to know them and building something they are proud of.

You receive a tailored quote with a fixed price. No surprises afterwards. Once approved, the design process begins, with plenty of room for your feedback. Only when you are satisfied do I build the final website.
The whole journey, from introduction to delivery, takes an average of 4 weeks. And after delivery I remain at your service. Whether it is small tweaks or larger further development, you always have a fixed point of contact.
Beyond the screen
Outside of work I am part of Rotary and Rotaract. It is my way of giving something back, and it is where I meet other entrepreneurs and learn something new every single time.
Giving something back to society, and always learning from people who are a few steps ahead.
Helmet on, and everything else disappears for a while. I love improving myself by just a little each time.
The gym and the bike keep me sharp, disciplined and full of energy.
